Should you have a problem with the FoCal software, please contact us through the support contact form and we will try to work together to resolve any issues you may have. In most cases, there is a simple explanation for any problems and we can help you get everything working. If there is a genuine problem, we may ask for a debug log (and supply simple instructions on how to obtain this) in order to better understand the problem. If together, we cannot resolve the problem you’re having with the software we may choose to offer a refund. Please note that you must notify us of any issues within 30 days of purchase otherwise we will be unable to offer a refund.
IMPORTANT: Please inform us if you have any issues BEFORE you update your license multiple times. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests from users who have multiple license updates.
